At Moncton Community Residences Inc., we employ a dedicated professional unionized work force consisting of two main classifications; Human Services Counselors/Youth Care Workers (HSC) and Residential Support Worker (RSW), we also contract families to support members to live with them in their home (AFLA Provider). Each Classification is responsible to assist our members with all aspects of independent living which may include emotional, mental health, personal care and/or health needs.

Available Positions
Human Service Counselor• Human services diploma or equivalent.
• First-Aid and CPR certificate.
• Clear SD check and criminal record check.
• Valid driver’s license and use of a car daily.
• $1,000,000 liability insurance.
• Strong spoken and written English essential.
• Understanding of financial management.
• Ability to write reports independently.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Consistent work performance and attendance.

-Support the developmental needs of a child or youth.
-Open to discuss difficulties or problems.
-Work with a group.
-Writing, reading, and communicating in English is necessary.
